MOuse "lagging" in game?

my mouse seems to be lagging when playing squad, no frame drops and CPU and GPU seems grand also.

any ideas?

and is the the correct place to ask?

Corsair Harpoon RGB - Roughly a year year old.

it has always worked, these past 2-4 weeks maybe it has started.

I am moving sideways to look, and it just stops moving on screen and stops dead.

mouse and mat are both clean obviously.

I have looked on google after posting this and seen 1post about changing the mouse polling rate from 1000Hz/1msec to lower, I have set it to 500Hz/2msec so I am hoping this will have some sort of effect.

I was curious if anyinbe in here had ever had this or heard of it

It happened to me previously. It could be connection issue. try using another USB port too.
