Known issue:
- Some AdminCreateVehicle commands might not be working if the vehicle is not already present in the game layer

We got another hotfix to try and fix the stuttering and performance issues. Get the Changelog below.

It should fix the AA guns on St. Mere Eglise not being destroyed.
