Need help with COD - Dev error

Getting an error on startup "Dev error 1110", been googeling for last 2 days about this, found a solution that involves me renameing the folder that contains the config files. Problem with this is that nothing saves ingame so i have to reconfig the game every startup (gfx, controles etc.)
Tryed the usual stuff, start as admin, scan/repair files, removed fullscreen optimization, clear cashes, update windos/gfx drivers etc. nothing works.... only thing i havent tryed is reinstall the game, but i really dont want to do that becouse of the size of the game (175gb).
Anyone have a clue what it can be ?

"Dev Error 1110 code is an error that appears when the system files misconfigured in Windows OS."
Tryed this but it says that nothing is wrong.... (in swedish tho)
