Arghhh had to reinstall and now my version is higher than the servers and i cant log in anyone help an old man out .... i ant revert through steam help

all i seem to get is connecting / disconnected from que and thats it i am not impressed gutted i wanted to be on tonight

You're on the correct version. I am guessing you're trying to join a full queue. The queue has a max capacity of 20.
If you still have connection issues while the queue isn't full try:
- Verifying the game file
- Reinstall/repair Easy Anti Cheat

fouund the fault with Teamspeak
my security settings were too low thats now sorted
as for the game it was an easy fix ......my lan cable was faulty and causing buffering with high pings switched to wifi and its sorted ...... i have just replaced the cable and all sorted
