I assume this is now cancelled since:

• It's not installed on our server - https://www.rustyinplaces.org/forums/topic/39707
• Mod isn't updated for v4.2 yet, so won't work

yeah ive been messaging the owner of the mod.
Bascily the update has had a massive impact on the mod it self and will take a while to get a working live update for it. so i am going to have to cancel this event or find anther mod that does work.
