I managed to do this in 3 minutes 40 seconds. Though my recording ........ corrupted, yea corrupted so you'll just have to believe me

(V2) Since you asked. There's still room for improvement but that requires a perfect run and I just can't be asked. If someone beats this I'll give it another go.
